We accept returns for defective products only

Note:
- Customized items (made-to-order or altered designs) are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Requests made after 30 days will not be accepted under any circumstance.
- Items must be in original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

- Mention:
- Order number
- Reason for return or exchange
- Clear images of the item (if applicable)
- Our team will respond within 24 hours with return or exchange instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect your item, we will process your request within 5 business days.
Refund Policy
Once your returned item is received and inspected:
- We will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- You will receive a confirmation email once the refund is processed.

Defective or Wrong Item
If you receive:
- A faulty product
- The wrong size or design (not matching your order)

Size Issues
If the item doesn't fit:
- You can request a size exchange within the 30-days window (subject to availability).
- The product must be unused and returned in original condition.
If the requested size is unavailable, we will offer you a full refund instead.
Order Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it for a full refund.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing and cancellation may not be guaranteed.
Return Shipping Cost
We cover all return shipping cost only in cases of:
- Defective items
- Wrong item sent
For regular returns or exchanges (e.g., size or style change), the customer will bear the return shipping charges.
